Harmony Grove Village is a master-planned community on 468 acres, which includes public trails, a private equestrian facility, a fire station, a sewer treatment plant and neighborhood-serving retail. The land was previously used for decades of mining and agriculture.

 

NUWI extensively engaged with the community and collaborated on designing an upscale semi-rural equestrian-oriented development. The San Diego County Board of Supervisors approved the project and hailed Harmony Grove Village’s design process as a model of cooperation between a developer and a community.
